    Seamless Backdrop Policy
    Our seamless backdrops are complimentary when used as a backdrop only. If the paper is pulled to the floor or used as part of the set, a small usage fee will be added to your booking to account for wear and replacement.

    We aim to keep the studio production-ready at all times while offering flexibility for creative use.

    Important Notes

    • Additional items are not approved unless confirmed by the studio.

    • If a package add-on is selected, the studio will reach out to confirm availability and pricing.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, and all payments made will be forfeited.

    • Failure to appear for a booked session without notice (“No-Show”) will result in forfeiture of all payments.

    • If a Client is a no-show for a studio promotion, complimentary booking, or special studio offering, MuseWorks Studio reserves the right to deny future bookings at its sole discretion.
