    • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

    • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, and all payments made will be forfeited.

    • Failure to appear for a booked session without notice (“No-Show”) will result in forfeiture of all payments.

    • If a Client is a no-show for a studio promotion, complimentary booking, or special studio offering, MuseWorks Studio reserves the right to deny future bookings at its sole discretion.
